Former James Irlam Site, Harlaxton Road, Grantham

Purchased the site in 2003 for its warehousing and storage facilities. The site was used by multiple haulage companies including James Irlam Haulage and various others for storage and warehousing. Located on the main artery road into Grantham the site was sold in 2005 and eventually repurposed into a new Aldi food store which is operational today.
