Located next to the largest retail park in Newark we purchased one of the largest malting production facilities in the UK. Demolished the old factory buildings, storage silos and very large chimney. Renovated and repositioned 3 existing warehouses to create modern storage and retail leisure space. Renovated and repositioned existing offices to create a veterinary practice and also built a brand new 10,000 sq ft bespoke retail store for national country store - Mole Valley.
